This collection consists of 12 modern takes on Baroque dance forms: including Menuet, Pavane, Bourree, Sarabande*, Gaillarde*, Sicilienne, Gigue, Tambourin, Rigaudon, Gavotte*, and Passepied. Very clever and useful teaching pieces. As you might expect, this collection sounds more classical and traditional than most of Andres' other works, although his voice still comes through. The Sarabande and Sicilienne are esepecially beautiful. The pieces in this book use up to three flats and two sharps, and no lever changes are required during the piece. 25 pages
